This website is operated by TN Cedar & Copper Studio. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to TN Cedar & Copper Studio. By visiting our website, browsing our products, contacting us, requesting a quote, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with any additional policies referenced on this website.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use this website or purchase from TN Cedar & Copper Studio.

Custom Furniture & Made-to-Order Products

TN Cedar & Copper Studio specializes in handcrafted, made-to-order furniture and copper-accented pieces. Products may include, but are not limited to, dining tables, executive desks, coffee tables, end tables, sofa tables, entryway tables, bistro tables, benches, accent pieces, and copper-top furniture.

Because many of our products are custom built, each piece may vary in wood grain, knots, color, copper tone, patina, hammered texture, epoxy finish, and overall handcrafted character. These natural and handmade variations are part of the finished piece and are not considered defects.

Listings, Images & Product Descriptions

Product listings, descriptions, photographs, renderings, and example images are provided to show the general design, style, and appearance of a piece. Because each item is handcrafted and may be customized, the final product may vary from images shown.

Colors, copper tones, patina effects, epoxy depth, wood grain, and finish appearance may also vary based on lighting, screen settings, natural materials, and the handmade process.

We make every effort to represent our work accurately, but we do not guarantee that product images or colors shown on your screen will perfectly match the finished piece.

Base Pricing, Quotes & Customization

Please contact us before purchasing, as each listing and listed price reflects base pricing based on the initial design shown.

Pricing may vary depending on several factors, including but not limited to:

Size and dimensions
Tabletop thickness
Base style
Wood selection and finish
Copper details
Copper tone, patina, or darkened finish
Epoxy depth and finish
Chair, bench, or stool needs
Shipping, freight, delivery, crating, or packaging requirements
Customer-requested design adjustments

Any quote provided is based on the information available at the time. If project details change, the price may also change.

Order Approval

Before production begins, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all important project details, including dimensions, style, finish direction, copper details, epoxy preferences, base style, and delivery location.

Once an order is approved and production begins, changes may not be possible or may result in additional costs.

Payments & Deposits

Custom orders may require a deposit or partial payment before materials are purchased or production begins. Final payment may be required before shipment, delivery, or release of the finished piece.

Deposits may become non-refundable once materials have been purchased, design work has begun, or production has started.

Payment terms may vary by project and will be discussed before the order is finalized.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before materials have been purchased or production has begun.

Once materials have been purchased, design work has started, or production has begun, cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund. Approved cancellations may be subject to deductions for materials, design time, administrative time, labor already completed, payment processing fees, or other costs already incurred.

Because each piece is built specifically for the customer, custom orders are generally considered final once production begins.

Returns & Refunds

Custom furniture and made-to-order items are not eligible for standard returns, exchanges, or refunds due to buyer’s remorse, change of style preference, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, inability to fit the item into the home, or changes in the customer’s space after purchase.

Please review our separate Refund, Return & Damage Policy for full details.

Customer Measurement Responsibility

The customer is responsible for confirming that the item ordered will fit the intended space and can be delivered into the home, office, or building.

Before ordering, please measure:

Room dimensions
Doorways
Hallways
Stairways
Elevators
Entry turns
Driveway or delivery access
Final placement area

TN Cedar & Copper Studio is not responsible if a custom piece cannot fit through doors, hallways, stairways, elevators, or into the intended room due to incorrect or incomplete customer measurements.

Shipping, Freight & Delivery

TN Cedar & Copper Studio may ship or coordinate delivery nationwide depending on the item, size, destination, and available carrier options.

Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing. Large furniture pieces may require special packaging, crating, freight coordination, or delivery arrangements.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address, accurate delivery information, and any important access details before shipment.

Shipping, freight, packaging, crating, and delivery coordination costs may be non-refundable once incurred.

Shipping Damage

We take care to package and prepare each piece as safely as possible. However, once an item is in the hands of the shipping carrier or freight company, damage claims may need to be handled through the carrier’s claim or insurance process.

The customer is responsible for inspecting the item immediately upon delivery and reporting damage within the time stated in our Refund, Return & Damage Policy.

If damage is visible, the customer should photograph the packaging, crate, pallet, labels, delivery receipt, and damaged area before discarding any materials.

Failure to report damage promptly or failure to keep packaging may limit or prevent a shipping damage claim.

Production Timelines & Delays

Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on material availability, production schedule, copper work, epoxy curing time, finish curing time, weather, shipping coordination, or other factors outside our control.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays. If timing is important for a specific event, deadline, move-in date, or project schedule, please discuss that with us before ordering.

Natural Material Variation

Wood and copper are natural and reactive materials. Variations should be expected.

Wood may include knots, grain variation, cracks, checks, color changes, mineral streaks, live-edge features, or other natural characteristics.

Copper may vary in tone, brightness, patina, hammered texture, oxidation, darkening, and finish appearance.

Epoxy finishes may vary in depth, reflection, clarity, texture, and final appearance.

These variations are part of the handcrafted nature of the work and are not considered defects.

Care & Use

Customers are responsible for properly caring for their furniture after delivery.

Copper, epoxy, wood, and handmade finishes should be treated with care. Avoid excessive heat, harsh chemicals, standing water, sharp objects, abrasive cleaners, and improper indoor or outdoor exposure unless the piece has been specifically designed for that use.

TN Cedar & Copper Studio is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, improper cleaning, environmental conditions, or normal wear and tear.

Sourced Seating, Bases, or Components

Some chairs, stools, seating, table bases, or other components may be sourced separately when requested. Sourced items may be subject to availability, supplier pricing, shipping timelines, and manufacturer policies.

TN Cedar & Copper Studio is not responsible for supplier delays, manufacturer defects, discontinued items, or changes in third-party product availability, though we will work with the customer to find an appropriate solution when possible.
